This is just a short interview to know who you are leaving your dog in his or her care.

- What kind of training do the staff members receive?
- How often will my pet be exercised, and for how long?
- How are pets grouped together?
- Are they separated by size or temperament?
- What kind of veterinary care is available in case of an emergency?
- What kind of food is provided, and how often are the pets fed?
- Can I bring my pet’s own food and toys?
- Are there any extra fees for medication administration or special requests?
- What kinds of accommodations are available for my pet?
- Can they have a private room or a larger kennel?
- Can I tour the facility before booking?
- Are there any requirements for vaccinations or health screenings before my pet can be boarded?
