Although she faces challenges when it comes to labor and the cost of fertilizer, she will not give up on pepper farming any day, weighing the profit margins against her losses.

How many months does it take for the pepper to grow?

It takes approximately three (3) months to produce pepper. The young lady explained that to get more from your pepper farm, water the crops thrice or every two weeks, depending on soil dryness and atmospheric conditions.

Out of the profits from pepper farming, Abena Kusiwaa is currently reading BSc. Agriculture Business Management to advance her knowledge in doing more in Agriculture. Her greatest wish is to get resources and stakeholders to support irrigation systems in Techiman for sustainable farming.
