Oyster Agribusiness has secured a grant worth US$310,000 to improve sustainable agriculture as one of its main goals.
Root Capital, a non-profit lender committed to helping projects elevate poverty and develop rural areas, extended this great support.
The US$310,00 will help the Oyster Agribusiness firm to support smallholders in expanding their farm production with the necessary farm input like fertilizer, improved seeds for planting, and a lot more farm extension supports to improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers.
In addition to the US$310,000 grant, Oyster Agribusiness received two other charitable grants: a Talent Management Grant and a Grant for Gender Inclusion to advance gender equality and empower women in the agriculture sector.
We express our deep gratitude to Root Capital, our collaborative partners, and the grant providers for acknowledging the worth of our endeavors and the potential of smallholder farmers
