Duties and responsibilities
- Project planning, implementation, and management of regenerative agriculture.
- Lead the development of a mid to long-term management plan.
- Responsible for preparing project plans (PDDs) by global third-party certification and methodologies for generating high-quality carbon credits.
- Establish collaborations and partnerships.
- Responsible for sales support for obtaining subsidies and business partnerships.
Requirements
- Well-vested knowledge in Regenerative Agriculture and Biodiversity.
- Knowledge (e.g., processes, PDD preparation, requirements) and experience with carbon credit certification standards (Verra, Gold Standard, etc.).
- Critical thinking ability.
- Knowledge in signing international contracts.
- Logical data presentation.
- Ability to express yourself in English and Japanese or French.
